What we do
Ready Communities provides a range of services which are framed in our program phases: Discover, Activate and Evaluate. All programs commence with measurement of the host community's Readiness Index.
Mapping &
evaluation
We combine solid research skills with our digital platform to map policies, programs, funding, stakeholders, organisations enabling a clear line of sight in community planning.
Community engagement
We engage whole communities (not just squeaky wheels) through a range of mechanisms including public meetings, cafe meetings, one-to-one conversations, social media and surveys. We also host an annual conference, Social Impact in the Regions.
Capability development
We deliver a range of programs in communities starting with our flagship 24-month Ready Communities program, spanning to our Discover, Activate and Evaluate programs and topped off via our bespoke workshops and research services.
Advocacy & promotion
We advocate for regional communities at a local and national level. Each year we produce a white paper, ‘Social Impact in the Regions’ advocating for prosperity in regional communities.
