How do we choose our host communities?
There are several baseline factors that influence our choice of host community:
- Population is under 50,000 (and preferably under 25,000)
- Has infrastructure to host a conference for 250 people (note we have been known to use unusual and unexpected venues to make this happen.
- We are invited in by a willing cohort of locals who are ready to embrace change.
- The community is prepared to invest time and resouces to create change.
- The community is in a time of transition.
