Our Focus communities

The flagship Ready Communities program is a multi-year program that works deeply in the host community. The program combines our three phases: Discover, Activate and Amplify. The Social Impact in the Regions conference is delivered in the first year of the program. We provide ongoing support and ensure interested community members are linked with our ever growing alumni network.
