How the flagship works
Enrol
Your Local impact facilitators
Select 10-12 local changemakers to enrol in the Ready Communities Local Impact Facilitator program. The facilitators will work on existing community programs while learning a new framework for change.
Identify
what matters in your community
Through town hall meetings and one to one conversations we will support your Local Impact Facilitators to identify 5-6 focus areas that will be highlighted through the program.
Map
Understand your town's investment opportunities
Build a community map of stakeholders, funding, assets related strategies and policies. Understand where capabilities and capacity lie, and what needs to be built.
Activate
Community initiatives and SIITR
Time to do. Not only will your community (with our support) produce a national conference generating over $380K, you will bring key opportunities to life as you activate spaces, places and opportunities.
Evaluate & elevate
advocate and promote
We support your community to evaluate through the program. Your community will also feature in our annual Impact Report and through the National Regional Challenges.
